At Emotional Freedom Works, we value transparency and commitment. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase. 1. Nature of Services All services offered by Emotional Freedom Works include: Business coaching Mentorship sessions Digital programs Trainings and advisory services Due to the personalised and digital nature of these services, refunds are limited. 2. No-Refund Policy All payments made for: Coaching sessions Programs Workshops Digital content are non-refundable once the purchase is completed. This applies even if: You choose not to attend sessions You stop participating midway You change your mind after purchase 3. Exceptions Refunds may only be considered if: A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error Payment was deducted but access was not provided due to a system failure Such cases must be reported within 48 hours of payment. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, as per Razorpay’s processing timeline. 4. Session Rescheduling Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds Rescheduling is allowed only if prior notice is given and approved by the coach Rescheduling availability depends on program structure and calendar slots 5. Chargebacks & Disputes Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in: Immediate termination of access to services Restriction from future programs We encourage clients to reach out directly to resolve concerns. 6.
