All services are educational and coaching-based in nature. We do not guarantee specific financial results, profits, or business outcomes, as results depend on individual effort, decisions, and execution. 2. Eligibility Our services are intended for individuals who are: 18 years or older Business owners or professionals capable of making independent decisions By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements. 3. Payments & Pricing All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are clearly mentioned on the sales page or checkout page. Payments must be completed in full unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. Taxes (GST), if applicable, will be added as per Indian law. Failure to complete payment may result in denial of access to the service. 4. Refund & Cancellation Policy Due to the nature of coaching and digital programs: All purchases are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Once a session or program has started, no refunds will be issued. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled unless prior notice is given and approved. Limitation of Liability Emotional Freedom Works and Meenali Joshi shall not be liable for: Any direct or indirect loss Business decisions made by the client Emotional or financial outcomes resulting from the coaching process You participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your results. 9.
